How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx, you can track your package directly on their websites using the provided tracking number. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking may be available depending on your location.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas) from our boutique in Glendale, Arizona. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Both options include careful packaging to ensure your swimwear arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we don’t offer expedited shipping options. Our Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx is our fastest available service, perfect for last-minute vacation prep. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before you need your swimwear to ensure timely delivery.
What countries do you ship to?
We’re proud to ship internationally to most countries, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location. If you have any concerns about shipping to your country, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Luna Marina swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return:

  3. We’ll provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original condition

Can I exchange my swimwear for a different size or style?
Absolutely! We’re happy to help you find the perfect fit. Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange and specifying the preferred size/style. Exchanges are subject to availability. For fastest service, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the desired style.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account (typically 5-10 business days).

Do you have a physical store?
Our boutique is located at 6604 North 59th Avenue in Glendale, Arizona where we design and ship all our swimwear. While we don’t currently have additional retail locations, we’re working to bring the Luna Marina experience to more places soon!
