At Luna Marina Store, we want you to love your swimwear and beach apparel as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition with tags attached
  • Not show signs of wear or washing
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Include all original packaging

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on briefs and any swimwear items where the hygiene seal has been removed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for quicker processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item with original tags in the original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email which item/style/size you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

Exchange items are subject to availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
