Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your beachwear to you:

Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Luna Marina swimwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition with tags attached
  • Show no signs of wear or washing
  • Include all original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Briefs
  • Any swimwear items where the hygiene seal has been removed

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for quicker processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item with original tags in the original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email which item/style/size you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
